Our most popular size. The four-foot front porch is a dry, practical entry and an adorable spot for some chairs or a bench. The ladder to the loft area is built from horizontal 2x6's giving you the comfort of stairs and the space savings of a ladder.
12x24 with Loft, Bathroom and Bedroom - Starting at $48,000
This layout is great for a weekend getaway and home alike. A small bedroom leads to a bathroom with a little tub and room for a toilet, both nested under the large loft that can accommodate a king-size mattress.
12x12 Office - Starting at $24,000
Large windows invite an abundance of light into this airy space. Great for your private office, studio or even a small retail area. The 3’ covered porch protects your entry from the elements and provides a place to display signs, work, have a bbq or your favourite chair.
